네트워크 보안에서는 네트워크의 기본적인 구성과 작동원리를 배우고, 이를 이용한 네트워크 시스템의 취약점 공격을 위한 해킹 기술과 분석, 그리고 방어 기술에 대해 배운다. 스캐닝과 스니핑, 스푸핑과 DNS 스푸팅, 하이재킹 부분에서는 취약점 발견과 공격 패턴에 대해 배우고, 터널링, DDOS, 방화벽, IPS, Honey Pot에서는 효과적인 방어 기술과 시스템에 대해 배운다. 이 과목은 강의와 실습을 병행하기 때문에 사전에 linux, UNIX에 대한 숙달이 요구된다.
교과목해설(영문)
This course aims at teaching basic mechanism and operational technologies of network systems and then experimenting hacking skills utilizing system vulnerability identified at scanning and sniffing. Also, defense skills for various cyber-attacks will be explained. Vulnerability identification and attack skills include scanning, sniffing, network spoofing and DNS spoofing, and session hijacking, while defense skill and systems include tunneling, DDOS defense, Fire Wall, IPS, and Honeypot system. As this course attempt to make balanced approach between theory teaching and experimentation of attach skills, students are required to show skills of handling Linux and UNIX OS at certain level.
