디지털신호의 기본 개념과 프로그래밍 언어를 통해 디지털 신호 및 영상으로부터 패턴인식을 위해 필요한 특징벡터 추출 방법을 학습한다. 이를 위해 디지털신호의 산술연산, 컨볼루션 연산, 기하학적 처리등의 시간 및 공간 영역에서의 처리기법과 퓨리에 변환에 기반한 주파수 영역에서의 처리방법을 학습한다.

This course introduces the basic concept of digital signal and the feature extraction method from the digital signal or image using programming language. Methods in temporal or spatial domain such as arithmetic operation, convolution, geometric processing, and Fourier transform based methods in frequency domain are covered.
