최근 4차 산업혁명에 따라 다양한 분야에서 핀테크산업이 부상하고 있다. 본 강좌는 이와 같은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 흐름에 병행하여 서비스 가치창출을 위한 다양한 산업과 기업들의 이론과 사례를 중심으로 연구한다. 본 강좌는 특히 현재 진행중인 새로운 산업혁명과 관련한 문제를 고찰하고 PBL 중심으로 사업을 진행한다. 이러한 기반을 바탕으로 서비스 디자인을 위한 최적화 방안을 제시한다.
교과목해설(영문)
The Fourth Industrial Revolution has made a rise of the fintech industry in every aspect of both financial fields and information technology fields. This course studies theories and case studies of creating service values in the new era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, the course adopts techniques of problem based learning (PBL) and students will expect to solve real case problems arising from the fintech industry. By doing so, the course investigates optimized service processes, which fit to the recent trend of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
