본 강의에서는 최근 금융 및 자산시장에서 활발하게 거래되고 있는 금융상품에 대한 공부한다. 최근 약 30년간 금융 및 자산시장에서는 새로운 금융상품이 등장했으며, 투자 및 위험관리에서 활발하게 활용되고 있다. 최근 세계금융 위기의 사례에서 확인할 수 있듯이 유동화증권, 서브프라임 대출, 자산 파생상품 등 상품 등은 일반적 지식이 되어가고 있다. 따라서 본 강의에서는 이와 같은 흐름을 반영하여 다양한 금융상품에 대하여 소개한다.

Interest in real estate has increased dramatically in recent years as the various ways of investing in and financing real estate continues to evolve. This course prepares students to understand the risks and rewards associated with various ways of investing and financing both residential and commercial real estate. This course will use Excel spreadsheets extensively which help students to understand main ideas.
